Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Any exchanges and/or returns are subject to WhisperPC Products' approval. Certain items are not returnable. These items are listed as such on the order page. Please contact us if you have any questions prior to ordering.
All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number. An RMA must be requested within ten business days of the date you receive the merchandise. After ten business days please contact the manufacturer directly. The return package must be received within seven business days of the RMA issue date.
To return a defective item warrantied by Whisper PC Products, an RMA is also required. In this instance, the RMA must be requested within the warranty period. The return package must be received within seven business days of the RMA issue.
WhisperPC Products will verify the serial numbers of all returned serialized products.
All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All non-defective return items must be in unopened original packaging in new condition and be complete, as shipped. Opened non-defective items will be returned to you, with a shipping charge.
If you feel that your product is defective please contact the manufacturer before contacting WhisperPC Products. Defective products will be replaced with same part number only. No credit is available. WhisperPC Products may verify claimed defects prior to shipment of replacement unit.
If the product is found to be functional, it will be returned to you, after payment is received for the labor charge of $50/hour (1 hour minimum, 1/2 hour increments), and a shipping charge. WhisperPC Products is aware that certain problems are configuration specific, and requests that you provide as much information as possible about the configuration of your system, and the exact steps necessary to reproduce the problem. This will reduce the chance of a defective product being returned to you with no problem found.
If components are found to be missing, or damaged due to abuse or neglect, the product will be returned to you, after payment for shipping is received.
Software normally cannot be returned. Product must be in original package. We will request an exception from the manufacturer if the product has not been open or tampered with in any way. This does not guarantee an exception will be granted.
Software with externally visible license codes may not be returned for any reason.
WhisperPC Products takes the utmost care in packaging your products for shipment. Occasionally, a package may become damaged due to mishandling by a carrier. If you have received a damaged product, refuse to take delivery of the package and notify our customer service department immediately for further assistance.
To request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number, please send an E-mail to RMA@WhisperPC.com. The message must contain the order number, the part number, and a complete description of the problem, along with the system description. A response will normally be sent within two business days (please see our Mail Problems page)..
When you receive an RMA, you will need to ship the item(s) being returned in their original packaging to WhisperPC. Please include a copy of the original shipping documentation, and a complete description of the problem, including system configuration. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Credit, replacement or return, as appropriate, will occur after the returned product has been verified.
