Payment methods
WhisperPC accepts the following forms of payment:
- WhisperPC's preferred payment method is PayPal. PayPal may be sent to 'sales@WhisperPC.com'. Please include the order number in the subject. Failure to include the order number may delay your order.
- MasterCard and Visa. Due to recent changes to MasterCard and Visa regulations, WhisperPC does not accept credit cards directly. Please use PayPal to make payments by credit card.
- Money orders from the United States Postal Service or Western
Union are accepted. Please be sure to write the order number on
the money order. Money orders may take up to one week to clear.
Order will ship when the
money order clears (usually same day). - Cashiers checks written on US banks are accepted. Please be sure to write the order number on the cashiers check. Cashiers checks may take up to one week to clear. Order will ship when the cashiers check clears.
- Business checks are accepted when drawn on a US bank. Please be sure to write the WhisperPC order number on the check. Business checks written on a California bank will take up to five business days to clear. Business checks written on a non-California bank will take up to ten business days to clear. Order will ship when the check clears.
Credit card chargebacks are subject to a fee of $35 plus 2% of the amount. Delays in resolution of the debt will be subject to a 2% per month late fee ($10 per month minimum.
If a check is returned for any reason, the order will be canceled, and the customer will be notified by E-mail. The check will be held for up to 30 days to allow the customer to request it's return. After 30 days, the check will be destroyed. The check will be returned to the customer upon receipt of a $25 handling fee. This payment must be in the form of a United States Postal Service or Western Union money order.
Unacceptable Payment Methods
Personal checks are not accepted. Also, no check written on a non-US bank will be accepted. Finally, money orders other than those mentioned above will not be accepted.
When an unacceptable form of payment is received, a message will be E-mailed to the customer stating that the payment wasn't accepted. The payment will be held for 30 days. If a self-addressed stamped envelope is received during that time, the payment will be returned to you. After 30 days, all non-accepted payments will be destroyed, and no longer available for return.
Purchase orders will not be accepted from any institution, unless approved in writing by WhisperPC Products. COD is not offered.
WhisperPC considers it's customers to be end-users. For that reason, we do not accept resale numbers.
